Work Style

I would describe myself as thorough and hard working. I am honest and open with everything I do including telling clients things that need to be heard. I place the best interests of my clients before our company.

What attracted you to Gradient?

As the founder of the company, I wanted to serve a need in the industries, which I knew best. I enjoy working hard and working for our clients. I'm currently serving in an advisory capacity to Gradient.
